Easy maintenance, leaving all kinds of time for relaxation or walking the sea walk or downtown area. A great place to call home for years to come.

We were visiting Nanaimo, B.C. in February of 2008 and we had always wanted to live on Vancouver Island when out children got older. Well that time had come last year so when we saw Marine Vista it was a no brainer and basically the rest is history.

We love Nanaimo, Marine Vista and enjoy the company of the other tenants all whom we have grown to know fairly well. Being only two blocks from the inner harbour sea wall is awesome and our view is to die for!

The quality of construction and the owners commitment to using quality materials gives us the peace of mind we made the right choice in our purchase.

We've been enjoying life at Marine Vista for over a year now and have never had any regrets about selling our house in North Nanaimo and moving downtown. I don't think we'll ever get tired of the sweeping views of the city and harbour, and the large garden above the underground parking has been an unexpected plus. We really enjoy the ample space in our unit - there aren't many Nanaimo condos which offer two bedrooms and a den! And with everything on one floor, mobility will never be a problem. Being downtown has meant walking into town for dinner out or an event a pleasure. Marine vista has only 23 unites which has made meeting your neighbours so much easier than it would have been in a massive project like Cameron Island or Pacifica. And that's what Nanaimo is all about.

Nanaimo's sense of community and the wonderful environment are why we moved here from Ontario in the first place. And we certainly haven't been disappointment with Marine Vista
