We purchased this house from 5000 km away. With a young child, we were looking for a worry-free home and we also wanted the most for our money. The house lives up to our expectations and beyond. The interior is splendid with a lot of care put in the finishing touches. The location is very convenient and the views are so beautiful. We have been very lucky to have found this house.

Joan and I have no problem in recommending the Luxfords on Lexington Place. We purchased #101 – 6196 Lexington Place in December 2008. Having made a decision to sell our home in October 2008, we spent many hours perusing the Nanaimo market on line, attending open houses and touring with our Real Estate agent searching for just the right town house or rancher. We had previously owned a home down the street from where we now live.

We had watched these first town houses being built and were quite impressed with the construction and the architectural style. When our home sold, we had to decide quickly where we were going to move. We had viewed the show home of Luxfords on Lexington, and from the very first time we walked into it knew it was what we wanted. We loved the earthy colors, the layout, the roominess, the finishing and detail that had gone into the building of this home.

Mr. Don Saywell also impressed us with the way he talked about the development and the high standards that he expected from his workers and sub trades. He went out of his way to ensure that we had what we needed and could move into our new home in a timely manner. We had a home inspection done and the home passed with flying colors. The inspector was very impressed with the quality of the building.

We have been in our new home for 9 months now and love it. It is big enough to have our children and grandchildren visit and stay over without feeling that it is crowded or that there is not enough space. It is a joy to entertain our friends and family in the open Great Room. Any concerns or issues that have arisen, Don Saywell and his able office staff have promptly responded and taken care of the situation.

In our opinion, the Luxfords on Lexington are far superior to any of the other town houses that we came across in our search for a new home. The development is in an excellent area of Nanaimo, being close to bus routes, shopping, parks and many other amenities that we were reluctant to leave, having lived in this area for the past 20 years.
