The T/G Group started out with just Dave Thompson P.R.E.C.* & Brian Godfrey P.R.E.C. *, who partnered up again after being partners in the grocery business for many years. As their business grew, they needed assistance in the office, and Debbie Beattie joined the group. Debbie’s many years working for Telus quickly made her an integral part of the office. As Dave found himself drawn towards commercial and multi-family projects, it was decided to bring in a buyer’s agent to help with the growing business. Brian was splitting his duties between buying and selling, as well as office administration, so Mark Koch joined the T/G group in 2005 as a buyer’s agent. A chance to expand presented itself in the summer of 2008 when Larry Smith, a long time Nanaimo resident and Realtor, joined forces with the T/G Group, along with his assistant, Pam Bruce. Together the T/G Group has become a dominant force in Nanaimo’s Real Estate market, and look forward to serving all past, present and future clients.
